GRAFTY STATIONARY delivers quality stationery products across India through reliable shipping partners. This policy outlines our shipping practices, timelines, and charges.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all states and union territories across India. Our delivery network covers:

  • Metro Cities: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad — typically 2-3 business days
  • Tier 1 & 2 Cities: Ahmedabad, Pune, Jaipur, Lucknow, Kochi, Coimbatore, etc. — typically 3-5 business days
  • Tier 3 Cities & Towns: All district headquarters and major towns — typically 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: Rural and remote locations — typically 7-10 business days

2. Shipping Charges

  • Express/Priority delivery (available in select cities at ₹99 extra)
  • Bulky or oversized items (will be indicated on the product page)

3. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are typically processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
  • Processing includes: order verification, quality check, packing, and handover to courier partner
  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is confirmed and again when it is shipped

4. Delivery Timeline

The total delivery time = Processing Time + Transit Time.

  • Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Transit: 2-10 business days (depending on location)
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days for most locations

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • SMS notification with courier partner details
  • A tracking link to monitor your order status in real-time

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

6. Shipping Partners

We partner with leading courier services to ensure reliable and timely delivery:

  • Blue Dart Express
  • DTDC Courier
  • Delhivery
  • India Post (for remote areas)
  • Ecom Express

7. Delivery Conditions

  • Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the package
  • Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us
  • For COD orders, the recipient must have the exact amount ready. Digital payment at the door may be available depending on the courier partner
  • Please inspect the package upon delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately

8. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Recipient not available after 3 delivery attempts
  • Recipient refused delivery without valid reason

We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply. If we cannot reach you within 7 days, we will process a refund minus the original shipping charges.

9. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking link for the latest status
  2. Contact our customer support with your order number
  3. We will investigate with the courier partner
  4. If the package is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund

10. Force Majeure

Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, lockdowns, government restrictions, public holidays, and courier service disruptions. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
