At GRAFTY STATIONARY, we want you to love every product you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. This policy explains our return and refund process in detail.

1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: Return request must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • Proof of Purchase: Order confirmation email, invoice, or order number must be provided
  • Sealed Products: Items with factory seals (e.g., ink cartridges, toner) must have seals intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale”
  • Opened ink cartridges, toner, or consumables
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage
  • Items returned beyond the 7-day return window
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers

3. Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] or through the Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the Product: Securely pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the invoice or order confirmation. Write the RMA number clearly on the package.
  4. Ship the Product: Ship the product to our return address using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged/defective product).
  5. Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the product within 2-3 business days to verify its condition.

4. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:

  • Approved returns with products in acceptable condition
  • Products that arrive damaged or defective (with photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Order cancelled before shipment
  • Product not delivered within the promised timeframe (excluding force majeure events)

Refund Method and Timeline

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank account, UPI) within 7-10 business days after return approval
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI within 7-10 business days after return approval. You will need to provide your bank account details.
  • Partial Refunds: May apply if the product shows signs of use or is missing components

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping charges (except for defective/wrong items)
  • COD convenience fees
  • Return shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Take clear photographs showing the damage or defect
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Email the photos along with your order number to [email protected]
  4. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs

6. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for the same product (different size/variant) or a product of equal or lesser value. For exchanges to a higher-value product, the price difference must be paid. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped (typically within 24 hours of placement)
  • Cancelled orders receive a full refund within 5-7 business days
  • To cancel, contact support immediately with your order number
